Kunu Kaushal is the Founder and CEO of Senior Solutions and the Founder and Advocate of the Independent Home Care Alliance. Kunu has worked in many different healthcare and home-based health roles, but felt called to own a home care agency when the need came to his own family. With the motivation of helping his own grandparents as his first clients, Kunu started Senior Solutions Home Care in 2010 and has since added service lines in transportation, nutrition, transition, care management, and veteran care.
In everything that Kunu does, his goal is to “touch a million lives”. He loves to empower our caregiving team and other home care leaders, but his top priority and passion is the clients who receive care from Senior Solutions.
In his free time, Kunu enjoys family time with his wife, Jill, and their three daughters. As an eternal scholar, you’ll often find Kunu researching or learning more about the art of entrepreneurship and home care industry trends.
