On August 12, 2020, Senior Solutions Home Care was honored for the third year in a row on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately owned companies in the United States. Ranking at #2311 nationally, Senior Solutions is proud to be recognized amongst other companies that have found creative solutions to maintain revenue growth over a multi-year period. We’re especially proud that these wins show growth in home care, which means more seniors are getting the care that they need!

“Since we launched our services, we never set out to win awards. However, as time has gone on, I’ve come to appreciate that these awards are recognition of our team’s hard work and symbolic of immeasurable efforts. To get an award that puts us among the best of the best and to do it 3 years in a row is truly exciting. I juggle between shock and pride!” said Kunu Kaushal, Founder and CEO of Senior Solutions Home Care.

Why Does Growth Matter?

While awards for growth feel good, the growth of care itself is what Senior Solutions really takes pride in. As the Baby Boomer Generation ages rapidly, a “silver tsunami” is expected to flood the United States and overwhelm many of the current senior care options. Home care growth is both beneficial and necessary: it allows seniors to receive care and companionship while staying in their cherished homes, but it also alleviates some of the pressures on other models of senior care.

Conclusion

Kunu concluded with the following statement about the need for growth in home care: “[t]he sheer numbers of people who need our services is dramatically increasing. I think it is a responsibility of companies in our space to find ways to grow in every aspect. We need to learn to take care of more people, with more solutions, and with even more compassion. Growth isn’t optional in home care.”

Thank you to all of our caregivers, office staff, partners, vendors, friends, and clients who have made this growth possible! Growth is one of our four core values, and the other three are Care, Work, and Commitment. Thank you for caring, thank you for growing with us, thank you for working hard, and thank you for helping us to stay true to our most important commitments over the years!
